Everything we eat, drink and breathe provides a bit of residue or waste in our tissues. Now combine this with stress and gravity and you have the potential to develop crystaline deposits within your body. These deposits have an attraction to nerve endings. It is estimated that you have 7200 nerve endings in each foot. These nerve endings have an inter-connection with your spinal cord and your brain. When these nerve endings become congested they impede the communication to the central nervous system. Blood travels from the heart to the extremities (Hands & Feet) and then returns through the veins and continues to make this cycle daily. Blood supply is impeded at a capillary level in the feet and will not allow the optimal amount of blood (Speed & Volume) to travel back to every gland, organ and part of the body. The non-cellular energy flow is also impeded via the 10 zones lines of the body affecting the flow of chi to the different parts of the body. As a result our bodies start to become less efficient and particular problems start to manifest themselves resulting in "Disease". As a reflexologist my mission is to use the powerful finger walking techniques to pulverize the crystaline deposits in the reflex areas of the feet. I have found that over a series of treatments the tender reflex areas become less tender. The tenderness in the reflex areas has a direct correlation to the problems that a person is experiencing in there body. Simply put, as you work the tenderness out of the reflex areas the problem in a person’s body will diminish or disappear. Many may improve completely with 3 to 6 treatments; others may need a few more treatments to reach the desired effect. The key to optimal health is to increase blood supply to every cell in your body, as you do this, you will find freedom from all the ailments that plague you and your loved ones.
